Hello!

What is a slope-intercept form:

y = mx + b

  • m: slope

Slope = (y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) =(1--3)/(1-0) =(4)/(1) =4

  • b: y-intercept or point that has an x-coordinate value of 0

==> thus is -3

So our equation is
y=4x-3

Hope that helps!
