Evelyn is making a candy that contains 25% dark chocolate and the rest milk chocolate. The candy has 3 pounds of milk chocolate.

Since 25% it’s dark chocolate that means that 75% is milk chocolate so each pound of milk chocolate is 25% because you basically just divide the remaining 75% by three which equals 25% and there is one pound of dark chocolate because if 75 pounds of milk chocolate is 3 pounds than 25% of dark chocolate is 1 pound and all together the candy weighs 4 pounds
