1 .Exercise is a category of physical activity with the improvement or maintenance of physical fitness as its ultimate or intermediate goal. It is planned, structured, and repetitive. A group of qualities referred to as physical fitness might be either skill- or health-related. Physical activity is any skeletal muscle-driven movement of the body that requires energy to complete. Kilocalories are the unit used to measure energy expenditure.

2. Physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and social wellbeing are the six components of well-being. To maintain physical wellbeing, one must follow a regular, varied exercise regimen. Emotional: Being conscious of and at ease with your own thoughts and feelings as well as your emotional presence.
