Explain how the principal could use an autocratic approach to address the issues

the principal will enforce rules on the students that practice such acts and the ones that are not following said rules the rules can be a variety of this such as :

if late or absent more that three times a semester the students will have their parents sing a paper informing that the have to come to the school and the student will have to stay in after school detention for the days that they have skipped and if they don't bring the paper to the parents, their sentence will double.
