4=4k-60\\4k-60=4\\4k=4+60\\4k=64\\(4k)/(4) =(64)/(4) \\k=16

As solved above k=16

Answer:

distribute the 4 to the k and -15 so you get 4=4k-60 then add the 60 to the other 4 so its 64=4k then divide 4 to 64 and your answer is 16
