y₂ - y₁ 3 - 4 -1 1

m = ------------- = ------------ = --------- = --------

x₂ - x₁ -3 - 0 -3 3

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

y - 4 = (1/3)(x - 0)

y - 4 = (1/3)x - 0

+4 +4

y = (1/3)x + 4
