How I would go about studying is....
1 break it down into sections (grammer, cold read, etc.)
2 then i would spend 10 mins on one section then move to the next
3 i would do this for 30 mins to an hour depending on how comfortable you are on this topic
for the short answer i would really focus on your writing skills to impress your teacher
