IF THE SLOPE IS 0 IT MEANS THAT THERE IS NO CHANGE IN THE Y COORDINATE OF THE LINE.FOR ANY VALUE OF X GIVEN

THEREFORE THE EQUATION WILL BE

y = (0)( - 6) - 2 \\ y = - 2

THE EQUATION IS

y = - 2

HOPE THIS HELPS
