Ways to decrease domestic violence is to go to therapy and meet the therapist 3 days a week. Other ways to decrease the violence is to take a walk outside or have some quiet in the house. Maybe even take a break from chores and everyday things; they may be causing the stress. Sometimes young children are caught on to what happens at home and even Reenact what happens at school, playgrounds, malls, anywhere. Not only that but, the children can have mental issues with dealing all that violence at home. Sometimes it might help to have an animal at home. They help with stress and let’s you have a break with reality. It can be playing with a dog, sleeping with a cat, playing hide and seek with a turtle. Those little things make a big difference.
