I believe the slope of the the line passing through the given points would be m = 1.

Slope can be identified through y-y/x-x. With this in mind, we can identify the slope by subtracting the values:

(-5) - (-2) = -3

4 - 7 = -3

The slope of the line passing through these points is 1, which can be represented in a slope equation as “x.”
