Answer:

y=-2x+2

Explanation:

We use the formula

y=mx+b, where m is the slope, b is the y intercept, and x&y are the coordinates.

We know that one point is (-1, 4)

and the slope is -2.

We are trying to find b.

In order to do that, we plug in what we know:

so,

4=-2(-1)+b

4=2+b

4-2=b

b=2

So now we go back to the original equation and use b as our value'

y=-2x+2
