IT MEANS THAT THE X COORDINATE CHANGED BY -4

x = 6 - 4 \\ x = 2

THE NEW COORDINATE OF X IS 2

AND THE Y COORDINATE CHANGED BY +7

y = - 2 + 7 \\ y = 5

THE NEW COORDINATE OF Y IS 5

(2,5)
