The basic formula for intercept form is:
y=a(x-b)(x-c) where a, b, and c are all constants
b and c are the x intercept values.
plug in the values:
y=a(x-(-4))(x-(-5))=a(x+4)(x+5)

y=a(x+4)(x+5) let's call this equation 1

unfortunately, there is still an "a" at the beginning, but that's where the y intercept is used.
Since (0,4) is a solution to the equation: y=a(x+4)(x+5), the values can be plugged into this equation to solve for a.
In this case, x = 0 and y = 4, so plug in those values
