Answer: Less than 470 minutes

Explanation:

This equation represents this problem.

0.04x + 44.4 = 0.06x + 35

Solve,

0.02x = 9.4

1 / .02 = 50

x = 470

At 470 minutes they're equal and we are looking for when Plan A is cheaper then Plan B, so x < 470

Use m instead of x in this problem, sorry didn't read the last line.
