Children are often scared to testify and participate in the legal proceedings that occur during a trial that involves custody-related incidents; with that being said, do you think that the court system should permit a service dog to accompany the child on the stand to assist with reducing the level of anxiety that may subsist during the trial? There are certain states that already permit this but there are others that do no; what are your thoughts here and why?
