The slope can be found with the equation
(y_(2) -y_(1) )/(x_(2) - x_(1) ).

Add in the numbers from the two points to get
(15-0)/(3-2) which is
(15)/(1) : 15.

That means slope is 15. To get the other numbers, you can do y = 15x and then plug in one of the points, for example (0) = 15(2), which is 0 = 30. To make this equation true, you need to minus 30 so it would be 0 = 30 - 30 and this is true, so putting it all together would get y = 15x - 30.
