Momentum = Mass (kg) × ∆Velocity (m/s)

Momentum = 0.142kg × (45.1 -- 0)m/s

Momentum = 0.142 × 45.1

Momentum = +6.4042kgm/s

The magnitude is positive because only the pitcher can give the baseball its final velocity which appeared to be 45.1m/s
