It could be

ax(x - 4)(x - 3)(x + 3) where a is some constant ( a could be 1 of course)

For a = 1 the polynomial is

x(x - 4)(x - 3)(x + 3)

In expanded form this is

x^4 - 4x^3 - 9x^2 + 36x
