EF = 1.98

Explanation:

Sin = opposite/hypotenuse; Cos = adjacent/hypotenuse ;

Tan = opposite/adjacent

DF = 4.5 which is the hypotenuse. So using the equation for Sin

Sin 26° = opposite/hypotenuse

Sin 26° = EF/4.5

.44 = EF/4.5 solving .44(4.5) = EF ; 1.98 = EF
