Answer: Challenging laws is an important part of democracy but it is confined to a extent because challenging laws actually makes the governing body or the state acknowledge of what the country's actuall interest are in, eg- employment, health facilities, educational sectors, etc. The challenging part actually make the law makers to re-evaluate the present laws, which can may add or remove or modify some of the rules and regulations for welfare of public

Explanation: The educational, health sectors, food and medicines, employment is more important to the country rather than a conservative/old law which is intervening the public to exercise those advantages. For example- there was a law in which Dalits were not allowed to have a job in Govt, but it was removed and now everyone can have a job in govt.
