To divide fractions, apply keep/change/flip (keep the first fraction, change the sign in the middle, flip the second fraction)
-(3)/(7) / -(4)/(7) becomes
-(3)/(7) * (7)/(-4), now multiply across the top and bottom. -3x4=-12, and 7x-4=-28.

The answer is
(12)/(28).

Answer:

3/4

Explanation:

When dividing by a fraction, take the reciprocal of the divisor and multiply by the dividend

Here -3/7 is the dividend
-4/7 is the divisor.

To find reciprocal of divisor flip the numerator and denominator to get

-7/4

Multiply the two

-(-3)/(7) * (-7)/(4) =(-3 * -7)/(7 * 4) = (21)/(28) = (3)/(4)
