y=3x+25

Explanation:

so parallel lines always have the same slope so the slope for the eqation is 3 so when you insert the points and the slope into point slope form you get y+2=3(x+9) then you distribute so then you have y+2=3x+27 then you have to move the 2 to get y by its selft so you get y=3x+25
