Answer: No solution (hope that’s an option)

Explanation:

1.) distribute: multiply 5 by the numbers in parentheses and -3 by the numbers in parentheses and 2 by the numbers in parentheses.

5x-20-3x-6 = 2x-16

2.) add like terms: add the X’s and the constants together.

2x-26 = 2x-16

3.) get X’s on one side, constants on the other:

2x - 2x. Is 0.

0x-26 = -16. Plus 26 to -16.

0 = =10.

Therefore you have no solution (unless that’s not an option??)
