Answer:

13 and 19

Explanation:

let's first set the two mystery numbers as "x"

and we know that x + (x + 6) = 32 since one of the numbers is 6 more than the other.

now let's set it up:

x + x + 6 = 32

= 2x = 26

= x = 13

so we know that x = 13 now we need to find the other number so we do:

13 + 6 = 19

now to check our work:

13 + 19 = 32

hope that helped :))

Answer: 13 & 19

Explanation:

Let the bigger number be 'U' and the smaller number 't'.

Since the two numbers have a sum of 32, then U + t = 32.

& since one number is 6 more than the other, the U - 6 = t

⇒ U + U - 6 = 32

2U = 38

U = 19

By substituting fot the value of U we found,

19 - 6 = t

t = 13

∴ the numbers are 13 & 19.
