Answer:

50% where 50% = 16

That's if we are counting from 32

Explanation:

P\% = 48 / 32 - 1 = 0.5\\0.5 * 100 = 50\left(\%\right)\\P = 32 * 50\%\\P = 16

Thus,

32 + 16 = 48

Where 50% is the percent of change, 16 is the number it changed by to get to 48.

Hope this helps!

Answer:

33.33%

Explanation:

Percentage:

To find the decrease percentage, divide the decrease by the orignal number and multiply the result by 100.

Oringinal number = 48

Decrease = 48 - 32

= 16

\sf Percentage = (16)/(48)*100

\sf =(1)/(3)*100\\\\= 33.33 \ \% or \ 33(1)/(3) \ \%
