This might surprise you, but every object in the known universe has a measurable gravitational potential energy to every other object in the known universe.

The moons PE can even be calculated using a planet in the andrometa galaxy as a reference point.

Gravitation has no bounds; a bodies gravitational field only becomes zero at an infinite distance.

You can notice this from the gravitational force equation, F= Gm¹ m² r²

Where “r" is the distance between the two masses, and the equation does not limit the distance “r" can be set to.
