Answer:

y=10

Explanation:

(X,Y)

(2,3)

3-4=-2(2+3)

3-4=-4-6

-1=-10

-1/-1= -10/-1

1=10

y=10

(note i could be wrong it has been a while since i have done this but i hope it helps you out)
