A ball is thrown into the air and then falls back towards the hand that threw it, explain what happens the kinetic energy and the gravitational energy changes as the ball rises and the falls through the air, just before the is caught again. Assume that no energy is lost to the surroundings.

Answer:first of all when the ball gets at the point where it is about to go down the kinetic energy becomes 0.

Explanation:So if no energy was lost the ball wouldn't stop at mid air and come back it would have continued going up.
