The point is (2, 0), so p = 2, and q = 0..

Let's find the values of p and q.

We know that point (p, q) is 1/3 of the way from (-3, -2) to (12, 4), the formula we need to use here is:

((x₂ - x₁) * m + x₁, (y₂ - y₁) * m + y₁)

Where m is 1/3, and the points x and y-values are the correspondent values of the points, then we will have:

p = (12 + 3)*(1/3) - 3 = 2

q = (4 + 2)*(1/3) - 2 = 0

The point is (2, 0)
