So this is nothing serious, I just have problems making choices. So, should I eat now or wait until tomorrow cause I'm kinda hungry?

eat whenever your hungry, you can actually gain more weight if you eat too little due to how the body works.

Answer: The best thing for your body is to eat whenever you are hungry and stop eating once you dont have that hungry starving feeling. If its late at night i recommend eating like a fruit cup its small and a more healthy choice. Other good options are yogurts or applesauce.
