What does "Bonjour là comment allez-vous?" Mean?

There is a mistake.. We say: "Bonjour, comment allez-vous?" not "Bonjour là, comment allez-vous?".

But yes it means "Hello, how are you?"

We don't say "là" just how you say "there". We take it off because it doesn't make sense.
