This is correct because to find the percentage of 1/3 and 2/9 you need to divide both of them and you will get 0.33 repeating but the answer would be only 0.33 and for the 2/9 would be 0.22 repeating but the answer would be only 0.22 and you need to multiply the results you get by 100 and the answer you will get 33% for the red and 22% for the green one.

Then we examine and choose carefully the best option that fits in the answer and remember when it says least is the answer that has the less number than the other ones so we find that black has the least one so the answer is A. black.
