Since now we are talking about a semicircle the Perimeter/Circumference will be divided 2

The diameter is given by =2 times radius

=2Ă—3.5

=7cm


p = (\pi * d)/(2) \\ = (\pi * 7)/(2) \\ p = 10.9955742876

You can round off to the significant figures of your choice.
