How do a person with bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder differ?

A. A binge eater does not purge their food after eating
B. Those who have BED are most often underweight
C. A binge eater limits their calories completely to the point of starvation
D. They mean the same thing

I think the answer is A , Bulimia usually mean purging or (self induced vomiting) after eating and could also mean fasting for long amounts of time.
A binge eater consumes lots of amount of food in a short amount of time which usually does not include purging after. Hope this helps, sorry if wrong.
