Step 1: Convert the expression,
1.5^-6
Step 2: Express with a positive exponent,
(3/2) ^-6
Step 3: Use the properties of exponents,
(2/3) ^6
Solution:
64/729 ≈ 0.0877915 , (2/3)^6
