10 - 5 / 9 - 0 = 5/9

Use y = mx + b and substitute the m with the slope (5/9). Then, substitute the x and y values by using either the 1st point or 2nd point. In this case, I will use the 2nd (9, 10)

10 = 5/9(9) + b

Then, solve for b to find the y - intercept.

The y - intercept aka (B) is 5.

The equation that you would use that passes through both points is:

y = 5/9x + 5
