b = 0.14x, subsitute 25, = 3.5

so 3. is wrong, along with 1. is also wrong

if using 4, it is 7 + 0.13(699)= 97.87

0.14 (699) = 97.86.

so only number 2 is correct

0.13(701) + 7 = 98.13

0.14(701) = 98.14
