Answer:

f(g(4))= 2(-4+6)^2-3

f(g(4))= 2(2)^2-3

f(g(4))= 8-3

f(g(4))=5

g(f(4))=-(2(4)^2-3)+6

g(f(4)=-(32-3)+6

g(f(4)=-29+6

g(f(4))= -23

I'm not so sure but I tried...
