arcos(28/35) = a = 36.9 °

angle b you could just say

a + 90 + b = 180° (angles in triangle sum to 180 )

36.9 + 90 + b = 180 b = 53.1°

or angle b = arcsin (opp/hyp) = arcsin (28/35) = 53.1°
