How do i change a decimal to a fraction but not to complicated thanks ! <3

Place the decimal number over the place value. For example if you have 1.63...

you need to convert it to ...
`(1.63)/(100)` then multiply the top number by the bottom...
`(163)/(100)` ...then simplify

Another example:

if you have 0.726 you need to convert it to...
`(0.726)/(1000)` then multiply the top number by the bottom...
`(726)/(1000)` ...then simplify
