Apply sine's Law


(9)/(sin38^(0) ) =(11)/(sinC)


sinC=(11sin38^(0) )/(9) =0.752475


C=sin^(-1) (0.752475)=48.8^(0)
Apply the property of triangles to get the angle A


A=(180-38-48.8)^(0) =93.2^(0)
