Answer:

y = x + 2

Explanation:

The slope is the change in y over the change in x. Look where the line crosses the x and the y axis. (-2,0) and (0,2) If you start at (-2,0) and to to (0,2) You go up two units and the right 2 units. That would be 2/2 or 1. That is your slope.

The 2 is where the line crosses the y axis.

y = 1x + 2 You do not need the 1. If we do not see a number before the x, we assume that it is 1.
