Answer: 5x + 4y - 6 = 0

Explanation:

Find the slope of the line by finding 2 points that are on the line

(-2,4) and (2,-1)

(4--1)/(-2-2) = 5/-4

y = -5x/4 + c

Substitute (2,-1)

-1 = -10/4 + c

6/4 = c

So the equation is y = (6-5x)/4

4y = 6-5x

5x + 4y - 6 = 0

(Side note: So many people are asking about line equations)
