Step by step
Using the graph you can count rise (change in y) over run (change in x)

See attached example - I do this on my phone so drawing lines is hard

Remember that when you have a negative slope or line, it will go downwards from left to right.

You can also find slope by slope formula
y2 - y1 over x2 - x1

You would find your two coordinates and subtract. Change in Y over change in x for slope.
