Answer:

Length = 100 meters

Breadth = 50 meters

Explanation:

if a rectangle has length L and breadth B, then the perimeter of the rectangle = 2 ( L + B)

300 m long wire used to fence means that the perimeter is 300 meters

So 2(L + B) = 300

L + B= 150 (1)

Since L = 2B we can plug this into equation (1) to solve
2B + B = 150
3B = 150

B = 150/3

B = 50 meters

Length L = 2 x 50 = 100 meters
