1. Split the bottom into 3 pieces since both sides are the same and the top is 5 inches. So the bottom will be 5 inches each.

Then calculate the rectangle by 5 * 12 * 24 = 1440

After that calculate one triangle prism by doing

5 * 12 * 24 / 2 = 720

Since they are the same multiply it

720 * 2 = 1440

Now find the total volume by adding them up

1440 + 1440 = 2880

2. You need 9 * 20 * ? to find the volume. Since the volume is the same which is 2880. Do 9 * 20 = 180 after that do 2880/180 to find 16.
