Answer:

x = 3

Explanation:

Assume that points A, B, C are collinear.

Thus, we have that AB + BC = AC, so that

(x + 4) + 11 = 7x - 3

x + 15 = 7x - 3

7x - 3 = x + 15

6x = 18

x = 3
