Where m is the slope. y1 and x1 are where you put your coordinates.

so now we just plug it in.

y - (-2) = -4/3 (x - 3)

We should clean it up in order to make it look like this equation: y = mx + b

y + 2 = -4/3x -4/3(-3)

y + 2 = -4/3x + 4

y = -4/3x + 2
