Analyzing poetry has been one of the hardest thing's i've ever done in my entire life. But, what I did, I read over lines over again and focused on them. I tried to connect it to my prior knowledge. A lot of poetry focuses on love, time, weather, and colors. If it mentions a color, think of what that color reminds you of. Think of white. To me, it reminds me of snow. Clean snow most importantly. White resembles god in a sense, and something clean. Maybe even bare. Think of words that they throw in there and think of questions like, "Why would they add this line?".
