How do I add 3/10 and 8/15

If I try to explain it myself, it's not going to make sense.

The photo I have attached is an example.

After understanding the example, replace the numbers in the example (
`(2)/(4)` &
`(1)/(3)`) with the numbers from your question (
`(3)/(10)` &
`(8)/(15)`)
